- The purpose of the North Carolina Middle School Association Scholarship
is to promote awareness of Middle Level Education and encourage professional preparation for working
with middle level students in North Carolina middle schools.

- GUIDELINES:
- 1. One Scholarship of up to $400.00 will be awarded in each region.

- 2. Application must include the following information entered in the spaces below.
a. Brief outline of Education Plan -How does this course relate to improving your professional preparation for working with middle level students.
b. Brief statement of how education will be applied/used in the future.
c. Previous Achievements, Honors, & Awards

- Selection of scholarship recipients will be made by mid-January.
