Conference Renewal Forms
Thanks for attending this year's NCMSA Annual Conference. The conference was a great success.
We appreciate your being a part of a great
professional learning community, and we hope that the conversations, lessons, strategies, and ideas you brought back to your school will
enrich your classroom.
A few FYI's before you go to the renewal credit forms:
- To obtain content-specific renewal credit, you must have attended breakout sessions only in that content area. In other words, if you
attended two sessions on math strategies, two sessions on interdisciplinary units, two sessions on classroom management, and two sessions on science,
you cannot apply for reading credit. Only apply for credit in the area of sessions you attended.
- You will want to use your word processor to create, edit, and save your work BEFORE filling out the form for 2.0 renewal credits--it's a long form, and
you cannot save your work.
- The 2.0 renewal credit form requires you to provide reflections on the sessions attended, and lesson plans/reflections for three activities that you
brought back from the conference. If you don't want to write all that information up, you are welcome to simply apply for the 1.2 content-specific renewal credits.
- After your submission is reviewed and accepted, you will be emailed a new certificate to the email address you provide in the form.
NOTE: ALL REQUESTS FOR CREDIT FOR THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 30TH.
